This job primarily is picking up litter in parking lot before shoppers arrive.
Energy, efficiency and dependability is critical. Great pay for the right person. This is a physical job, MUST be in good shape, work in a timely manner, able to work in most weather . Responsibilities:
- Perform general porter maintenance (trash pick-up) and possibly minor repairs at shopping
center exterior work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Shifts are
5 am to 1pm Saturday and Sunday
5 am to 1pm Monday through Friday shifts available
Qualifications:
-Experience preferred or good eye for detail. Cant miss trash. Must be speedy as areas have time guidelines
- Strong skills with the ability to self supervise
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills and use of cell phone and photos if needed .
-Must be energetic and able to work in most weather conditions and must be reliable
-Ideally looking for long term employment
- Must have a truck
