At Atlantic Pacific Management we are seeking an HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technician for our Conventional, Multi-Family, Apartment Community Home to 300 units in San Marcos, Texas.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Including a $150 on-call stipend for every on-call weekend worked!
We offer additional income via our Bonus and Commission structure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
â¢ Perform routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas
â¢ Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, which may include the maintenance of the unit, painting, cleaning,
HVAC maintenance/repairs and carpet cleaning
â¢ Perform preventive maintenance, property upkeep and repairs
â¢ Complete work orders and help to monitor and maintain the grounds
â¢ Respond to On-Call Emergency in a timely manner
â¢ Minimum of 1-2 years direct experience as a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community.
â¢ EPA Universal or HVAC Certification is required.
â¢ CPO Certification is a plus, previous experience maintaining pools is a plus.
â¢ Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
â¢ Experience with Onesite, Yardi, or other property management software is a plus
â¢ High School diploma, or GED equivalency
