We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to be a part of our dedicated team.

Whether it's a small residential rainwater collection system or a large commercial project ranging from 500 to 50,000 gallons, our rain harvesting experts will get it done. We install turnkey rainwater collection systems for our clients that align with our commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Qualifications:

- Availability: Tuesday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm (4 days / 10-hour shifts) This schedule changes in the summer months. We will work 5 day work weeks but will start earlier and end earlier.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and detailed instructions (or willing to learn) - Excellent communication skills: Keeping the team informed on project status and addressing any issues or questions for clarification from the supervisor

- Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to operate a truck with a 20-foot trailer (or willingness to learn)

- Experience in operating heavy machinery and hand tools (or willingness to learn), including excavator, skid steer, trencher, backhoe, rock saw, sky track, jackhammer, Sawzall, impact driver, drill, etc.

- Comfortable working with various sizes of PVC pipe and familiarity with the 2-step process - Proficient in plumbing work and light electrical work

- Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills

- Excavator operation experience: Minimum 1 year

- Plumbing with PVC pipe: Minimum 6 months

- Required: Driver's License

- Required: Ability to reliably commute to Wimberley, Texas, or planning to relocate before starting work - Required: Hauling a 20 ft. trailer with equipment: Minimum 1 year
