Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Provide efficient support to licensed bail agents for all functions of office duties
Answer phone lines
Provide any necessary information to either our current or potential clients (must be upbeat and professional at all times)
Keep our current clients provided with their updated court information
Must complete all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Required Skills:
Able to multi-task
Strong customer service skills
Able to work in a fast paced/changing environment
Computer skills with previous office experience
Must be able to pass a criminal background check. This is a requirement to be licensed in this county.
