Nations Lending is one of the fastest growing Mortgage Lenders in the U.S. We are currently seeking a Loan Officer Assistant on a part-time basis to assist in growing branch revenue and position may have the opportunity to transition to full-time in a very short period of time. Job Duties will consist of:
Assisting a top producing Branch Manager and Loan Officers within the branch with Marketing Support and Loan Origination support
Reaching out to clients to assist in gathering documentation and walk-through of the online portal
Assisting Realtors with our co-marketing programs
This is an ideal position to learn both the Mortgage Lending business as well as all aspects of the Real Estate Industry (Realtors, Title, Appraisal, Etc.). All training will be provided. Job pay rate is $15/hour plus a per file bonus once training is complete. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week with flexible hours M-F within 8am-5pm.
