Scope of Position:

The Senior Operations Analyst - Accounting/Customer Solutions is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The Customer Operation Associate is proficient in Document Management, Quickbooks, Customer Reporting, Social Media, Job Flow Reporting, Scheduling, and maintaining internal database.

Qualities include:

Building relationships, defining processes, professionalism, detail-oriented, strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking skills, the ability to use independent judgment, ability to function in an open environment, and the ability to adapt to changes in the workplace. Providing support for internal and external resources for the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Social Media accounts, grow social media Presence.

• Manage internal Revenue/Jobs/Contracts postings/filing

• Management of customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, PO tracking, account resolution and working with client to resolve outstanding issues.

• Manage Customer Reporting, and Customer updates

• Develop lists and create pipelines for open job requisitions.

• Responsible for gathering the necessary data to assist Management with account specific decisions

• Support liaison for office and internal recruiters

• Auditing accounts to ensure accurate billing and client specific information

• Enter data and accounting information into Quickbooks, be able to develop reports out of Quickbooks.

• Run Errands as needed for office.

• Keep Office organized and straight

• Keep Office caffeinated!

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates would have one or a mix of the following education and experience:

• 4 year degree or some form of secondary Education. (Or equal work history)

• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities

• Strong communication skills and work ethic

• Strong Technology skills

• Goal driven with problem solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word required)

• Experience in Quickbooks, or the ability to learn.

• Ability to work multi-task, work independently and as a team player

• Must be willing to work in our New Braunfels office.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Medical

• Flexible Vacation

• 90 Days Probationary period 14.00-19.00 an hour; then move to annual salary after 90 days.
