We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
Responsibilities:
Must own a vehicle (Mandatory for work) preferred Van or SUV
Must have your own Low Voltage Structured cabling tools including an 8th-foot Ladder or extendable
Must have Structured cabling experience
Must be able to terminate and punch down cat5 &6 cables
Must have 66 and 110 Block cabling experience
Fiber installation and termination experience is a Plus

- Building of communication rooms/closets with equipment racks and cable management systems.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC) on existing communication cable plants from a single floor to a campus environment also able to read floor plans/ drawings and interface with clients to provide solutions and support to multiple retail stores across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Some examples of retail stores we support are Walgreens, Khols, Walmart, Subway, Advanced Auto Part, Fastenal Company, among many others.
