Responsibilities:
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service
Implementation and understanding of a top down sales approach
Possess a vast knowledge of electrical and acoustical principals AND the ability to effectively simplify and communicate them to the customer
Act as a medium between customer and installer to achieve desired outcome
Relate any specific issues the customer may have to installer
Assist installers in implementing the customers desires
Working with customers to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining inventory levels for product and supply for sales area, when these levels reach a reorder level notify management
Researching new products with respect to current trends within the 12 volt industry
Keeping sales floor clean while refreshing the layout once a month
Answering phone calls and scheduling jobs with respect to time constraints and abilities
Shipping and receiving inventory and updating the computer with levels
Daily monitoring and updating of advertisement and interaction through social media
Lead generation through retention calls and follow-ups
Basic Smart Start knowledge with regards to answering questions and calibrating units
Daily opening and closing responsibilities for shop
