Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative for Organic CBD & Skincare, Saturdays & Sundays
Compensation: You will average between $20-$40+ per hour.
Employment Type: Contract work - We get you started selling at farmer's markets on the weekend. However, you have the ability to sell in many other locations that you seek out. Such as; Festivals, Office buildings, Yoga Studios, Cafés, home parties etc..
Hemp360 is a leading CBD & skincare brand based in New Braunfels, Texas. We have been selling at farmer's markets and special events for 10 years and have created a loyal following!
We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our company in Austin.
Provided markets include;
Lakeline
Mueller
Hope
Sunset Valley
SFC downtown
SFC Sunset Valley
LoneStar
Barton Creek
This is a part-time Sales position, which offers steady weekend work and requires commitment to work on the weekends.
If you love Organic CBD & Body Care, being social and outdoors this is the job for you!
*Perfect part-time job for high school and college students or anyone needing a little extra!
OBJECTIVE AND BRAND AMBASSADOR DUTIES:
1.) Maintain orderly and neat event area during set-up, selling time & break-down.
2.) Confidently approach customers and deliver product information you learned in training
3.) Energetically distribute product samples, while telling them about our amazing discounts!
4.) Pair and upsell!
REMEMBER: We have had a consistent presence at these markets and in Austin for many years. There will be built in sales for you to begin with. It is your job to upsell these current customers and acquire new ones.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Our Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative must possess the following traits:
1) PEOPLE-ORIENTED:
Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, interactive, punctual, affable, able to engage and talk to strangers, outgoing, articulate, enthusiastic about working with the public, responsible and hard-working.
2) PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS APPEARANCE:
Clothing and hair appropriate for work. We do not mind tattoos and colored hair, but we do expect you to come to work tidy and professional.
3) A NATURAL ABILITY TO PERSUADE AND LEAD:
Our products are vibrantly colored and smell amazing! You will have people walking up to the table just based on this, but it's up to you to convince them to try and buy!
4) HAVE IMPECCABLE HONESTY:
You will work alone. You will handle cash and credit card transactions at every event. We have procedures that verify the money you handle each day and the inventory on hand.
-Hours for Farmers Markets are Saturdays 8:00am-1:30pm and Sunday's vary from 8am to possibly 3:30pm depending on the market.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE:
A. You must be able to stand for the entire shift, while setting up your booth, making sales and tearing down.
B. You must be able to work outside in the elements during the hot summers and cooler winters.
C. You must be able to lift between 30-50 pounds multiple times during the day as you transport the booth equipment, setup and tear down the display.
2) Have some sales experience
3) HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION:
You must have reliable transportation to and from the Farmers Market.
4) Be able to read and write English fluently.
5) Have a valid driver's license.
6) Pass a criminal background check.
Desired Qualifications
1) Have at least 1 year of experience in sales
2) Live a healthy lifestyle
3) Be Outgoing and know how to engage customers.
4) Knowledge of healthy body care products and ingredients.
Terms
1) Straight 20% commission
2) After a 8 week trial period, applicant will be eligible to move to a permanent position
