With a dedicated team that's committed to helping our customers find the solutions they need, we sell and install everything from radios, speakers, amplifiers, lighting, and window tint. Our mission is to improve our customers driving experiences and customize vehicles to match their lifestyles. We want our customers to have fun!
No prior experience is required Any prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful for accelerating the onboarding process and learning. Part-time and Full-time are both available!
If you are someone who is hard-working, reliable, and can communicate well within a team setting, we are willing to train and develop part-time and full-time members to work as either inside sales representatives to assist customers and design installations, or as a technician to perform the installations to the vehicles.
Compensation Includes:
- Minimum $15/hr starting rate
- Commissions based sales in addition to guaranteed base pay. Commissions are applied bi-weekly.
- Labor split commissions based compensation for experienced installation technicians
- Full time employees eligible for health insurance benefits
- Paid time off
- Additional company services and discounts
Applicants should have:
- Basic computer abilities such as web browsing and typing
- Ability to stand and lift equipment up to 50lbs unassisted
- Pass a background check and be placed on company insurance policy
- Ability to operate motor vehicles
