Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Member/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, digital marketing, brand building, wardrobe styling, filming content at live shows and studios, helping with miscellaneous tasks, and a fan of country music. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our online presence and engagement and to build relationships with amazing artists and other people in the industry. You will be working with a Female Country Artist.
Duties
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
- Assist in wardrobe styling ideas
- Film content with iphone or other equipment
- Must be able to travel
- Most importantly must be able to mesh well and click with artist. You will be together alot so becoming friends is super key!
Experience
Required: Experience is important but not everything, as this will be a job that requires a ton of passion and a hunger to learn and grow with the artist.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing principles
- Proficiency in SEO and web analytics
- Experience with brand management and online reputation management
- Excellent research skills
- an eye and sense for what the audience is wanting to see and engage in.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of web design principles
