We are looking for a motivated Finance Manager to support our global Treasury function.  The successful candidate will work with our Corporate Treasury team along with finance partners in the business to drive the execution and optimization of key Treasury functions, including:Cash forecasting and planningGlobal cash and liquidity managementDevelop and coordinate action plans to drive quarterly cash collections across the organizationCandidates will need to be effective communicators and comfortable influencing outcomes across functional areas in a matrixed organization with exposure and opportunities to build C-Suite relationshipsCandidate should be able to work with AI to drive automation and efficienciesThis position will be in-office based and located in Southlake, Texas. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Support the Corporate Treasury team in driving AECOM’s businesses to deliver strong operating cash flows to support the Company’s capital allocation prioritiesResponsible for global cash forecasting including coordinating inputs, consolidating, analyzing, analysis follow-up, reporting and variance analysisDevelop and maintain annual cash plans and targetsActively manages interest rate and FX risk and identifies mitigation opportunitiesAssists with capital markets transactionsIdentify and execute process improvements between Treasury and other functional areasEnsure compliance with SOX and corporate finance per external review and internal policyAssist in the preparation of required Treasury schedules for the accounting close, GAAP financials, and SEC filingsProvides support during M&A transactions and Investor Relations activities facing internal and external audiencesActs as a back-up for domestic and international cash management including day-to-day transaction needs to enable operations including but not limited to:Transfer of fundsIssuance of letters of credit and bank guaranteesRevolver draws and repaymentsA/R factoring program managementAd hoc projects and analysis as assigned
