As the Sorter we need someone who can perform a variety of inspection and sorting finished tile.Primary ObjectiveInspects and sorts finished tile.Major Function and ScopeInspects tile for shade and visual defects.Discards defective tile into trash hoppers.Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.Follows standard operating procedures.Keeps area safe, clean and organized.Performs other related duties as required.Experience and Knowledge RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent experience.Previous manufacturing/production experience.CompetenciesGood oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English.Other Pertinent Job InformationWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
