We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, driving sales growth, and representing the Xplor Recreation brand in their designated territory. As the “CEO of your own territory,” you will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. In this role, you'll apply an understanding of Xplor’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to mid-market and enterprise agencies. As an Account Executive, you'll focus on agencies that can benefit from Xplor’s world-class recreation management platform for the Parks and Recreation industry. This position's primary function is new account acquisition, where you'll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. Key Responsibilities: Client and Prospect Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions that drive value. Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Consistently update and manage CRM records to ensure accurate forecasting. Territory Management: Act as the CEO of your own territory. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their pain points and requirements. Effectively communicate how Xplor Recreation software can address their needs and enhance their operations. Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Xplor Recreation software. Tailor presentations to the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Brand Representation: Represent the Xplor Recreation brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and prospects. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our solutions. In-Person Meetings: Meet with clients and prospects in person to build relationships, present solutions, and close deals. Travel within your territory as needed to achieve sales objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of our offerings. This position is eligible for a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.This position is eligible for a commission plan.In this position, you can work from home.#LI-Remote
