About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and physically fit Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in bringing our landscape designs to life. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, from planting and irrigation installation to hardscape construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Planting: Shrubs, ground cover, trees, artificial turf, and sod
Irrigation: Installation of underground piping, heads, valves, controllers, and backflow devices
Grading and Excavation: Digging, cleaning, and covering trenches
Hardscape: Building retaining walls, French drains, and outdoor fireplaces
General Labor: Loading equipment, cleanup, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be 21+ years old)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
