Location: On-site (must live on property)
Compensation: Full-time position
A full-time Maintenance Man is needed for complete park upkeep. This position requires a reliable, hardworking individual with a wide range of maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
General park upkeep and grounds maintenance
Mowing, weed-eating, and trash pickup
Set up and take down of seasonal decorations
Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work (skills a plus)
Requirements:
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Must live on property
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
