What Your Day Will Look Like
Supervise and mentor a team of 2–5 Operations Center Associates
Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, package handling, and document processing workflows
Ensure timely and accurate sorting, scanning, distribution, and archiving of physical and digital correspondence
Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance (e.g., postage meter, scanners)
Establish and enforce procedures for quality control and accuracy in document handling
Identify and implement process efficiencies and logistics improvements
Coordinate with internal departments to understand and support evolving mail/document needs
Track metrics and maintain records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes
Ensure team coverage, scheduling, and workload distribution based on business needs
What You Bring
Proven experience managing operational teams, ideally in a mailroom, logistics, or administrative support function
Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
Proficiency with office technology and systems (e.g., postage meter machines, scanners, Microsoft Office)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows under tight deadlines
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus
Good communication and literacy skills
Compensation: Starting at $65,000, with bonus potential depending on experience.
