Location: Honey Grove, TX / Fannin County, TX
Type: As-Needed / On-Call Work
We own a small number of rental properties in the area and are looking to add a reliable, experienced handyman to our contact list for as-needed maintenance and repair work.
This is not a full-time or guaranteed-work position. We are looking for someone dependable who we can call as issues arise and who can occasionally serve as an extra set of eyes on our properties when needed.
Typical Work May Include:
Light electrical repairs & troubleshooting
Roof inspections / minor roof repairs
Drywall patching & repair
Door, trim, and baseboard repairs
Lock and hardware adjustments
Flooring issues (minor bowing, transitions, etc.)
General punch-list and maintenance items
We currently have some active work orders ranging from simple fixes to inspections and repairs, with additional work coming up periodically as needs arise.

Ability to communicate, document, and take photos as needed
Licensed/insured preferred (not required depending on scope)
