We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced, assistant property manager and social services coordinator (combined position) for a 124-unit senior apartment community in Sherman, Texas. This is an LIHTC (low-income) development. Additionally, a minimum of 1-year onsite management experience is required. Candidates must be poised, professional, polished, and have strong communication skills.
This position offers an excellent compensation package for the right candidate. Position qualifies for two weeks of accrued paid vacation, one week of accrued sick time, employer health benefits and life insurance. The hourly rate will be based on a candidate’s experience, education, and certifications.
