Sponsorship Sales Representative – TBL Pro Basketball Team (Commission + Base) Full/Part Time
We are a professional basketball team in The Basketball League (TBL) looking for a motivated, energetic Sponsorship Sales Representative to help bring in corporate partners and community sponsors.
Job Duties:
Reach out to local and regional businesses to sell sponsorship packages
Create and pitch partnership opportunities (signage, digital ads, events, etc.)
Build and maintain strong business relationships
Attend team games/events to support partner activation
Track sales leads and meet monthly goals
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred (B2B or sponsorship sales ideal)
Opportunities for No experience as well
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable networking and making cold calls
Must be available for some evenings/weekends during the season
Compensation:
Base pay + commission (commission only for No experience)
Bonuses for hitting sales targets
