## Overview
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Low Voltage Level 1 Technicians to join our team. As a Low Voltage Level 1 Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, including but not limited to security systems, fire alarm systems, and audio/visual systems. Your technical expertise and commitment to quality work will contribute to the successful completion of projects.
## Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of low-voltage systems according to project specifications
- Perform cable pulling, terminations, and testing of low-voltage wiring
- Assist with the programming and configuration of low voltage systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Document work performed, including system configurations, test results, and any issues encountered
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
## Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in low voltage system installation and maintenance is preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques
- Familiarity with low voltage systems, such as security systems, fire alarm systems, and audio/visual systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a valid drivers license
- Be able to pass a drug test criminal background check
