We are looking for a skilled maintenance person to work on mobile homes at our park in the Ardmore area. Applicants should have experience working on mobile homes and completing make-readies and work-orders for tenants.
Examples of of work that may come up includes, general repair of the home including minor plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC troubleshooting, as well as complete renovation on turnover including trashing out, repairing or replacing subfloors, laying flooring, repairing tubs, showers and toilets and ensuring counters and cupboards are in good shape.
While much of the day to day work may be solo, a successful applicant will be a part of a team so it is important to be able to work well with others.
