I'm looking for someone to do rental maintenance "As Needed". Maybe an hour service call, maybe a full day work from
time to time. I'm looking for someone skilled in all areas of rental property, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, etc.
I may have 20 hours of work one month and or service calls from time to time.
Lets visit and negotiate a Service Call Rate. Maybe $50.00 for the first hour and then $35.00 for the 2nd hour and the $20+
for additional hours. All this is negotiable based on level of experience.
