Location: The Colony, TX
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager Level III
This job will have the following responsibilities:
i. Perform all responsibilities of Project Manager - Level II
ii. Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projects
iii. Organize and control the activities of the area, assign Personnel to the various Projects and direct their activities
iv. Manage high complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration Projects
v. Understand and meet the Project sponsors' expectations vi. Monitor progress to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
vii. Monitor and control quality, risks, issues, and Project changes to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
viii. Adhere to, support, and contribute to development or enhancement of internal PepsiCo project management standards and processes
ix. Determine the impact of Project Changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation
x. Develop sponsorship/support for Project (at the executive level) within affected organizations and establish a governance organization
xi. Monitor and maintain Project team morale
xii. Resolve issues escalated by the management team
xiii. Escalate unresolved issues via the governance framework
Qualifications:
i.BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
ii. 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment; 7-10 years of project management experience
iii. Expert knowledge in the assigned business area - IT Information Security
iv. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired
v. Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule performance reporting
vi. Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
vii. Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed
viii. Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively
