Description We are seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP Integration Manager to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is within the Energy/Natural Resources industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and integrating cloud technologies and databases, overseeing CRM and EO/IR systems, and handling Epicor, AB testing, and business processes.Key responsibilities: Manage and integrate Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems in the organization. Oversee the use of cloud technologies and databases for efficient business operations. Handle CRM and EO/IR systems to ensure effective customer relationship management and infrared systems operations. Utilize Epicor for enterprise resource planning to streamline business processes. Conduct AB testing to optimize system performance and user experience. Manage business process functions to align operations with organizational goals. Develop and manage business requirement documents to ensure clear communication of project requirements. Implement change management strategies to facilitate effective adoption of new systems or processes. Oversee configuration management to ensure system performance consistency. Maintain a long-term perspective on business operations and strategies, adjusting as necessary for success. Requirements Proficient in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies Strong background in Cloud Technologies Proven experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Understanding of Database management and operations Familiarity with EO/IR systems Experience with Epicor software Knowledge of AB Testing and its applications Ability to understand and implement Business Process Functions Experience in creating a Business Requirement Document Proven skills in Change Management Familiarity with Configuration Management practices Able to work in the Energy/Natural Resources industry Excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
