We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team and stay at our RV Resort. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, flexible and willing to take on other positions as the need arises. Responsibilities included but not limited to performing repairs and other general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment including landscape, pool, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and painting task. Repairing and treating structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets and roofs. Repairing door hinges, changing filters on ventilation, heating and air conditioning units. Servicing kitchen appliances and equipment. Must have the ability to competently use various landscaping equipment, power and hand tools. Must be able to lift, bend and squat. Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form. Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Must have a valid drivers license.
