We are looking for personable, responsible, A +, candidates to work in the apartment industry in Victoria, TX.
Our client will only review resumes with multifamily experience.
Basic Job Description:
Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
Utilize sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic
Providing exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents
Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional and welcoming manner
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
Entry of information into an internal resident database
Perform various administrative duties
Assist with planning and participation of resident events
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to interact with others in a team environment.
ALL OF OUR CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS REQUIRE AT LEAST SIX MONTHS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND/OR APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE.
