M. Lipsitz & Co., Ltd. has opening for Management Trainee. Candidates MUST be flexible to work at other locations with little or no notice; MUST relocate to another location at the company choosing in Texas or Oklahoma. Qualified candidates will have a degree (and/or related work experience) in business management, entrepreneurial, and/or related degree(s); demonstrated mechanical aptitude for heavy equipment; willingness to learn the metal recycling business from the ground up - safety, customer service, pricing, inventory control, personnel management, marketing, competitive strategies, day to day operations of metal recycling business, and others. Generally candidates will train for approximately 18 months in Waco or a location the company designates; training can be more or less depending on company needs.
