B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts, Waco's premier auto recycler, is seeking an experienced Inventory Acquisition Specialist for our Elm Mott, TX operation.
Duties to include the following
Promote B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts’ Company Culture.
Be a team player. Work as a member of the team to help the team achieve its goals.
Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail
Purchasing
Answering incoming calls from sellers in a call center environment
The volume of calls vary by day and time
Follow company questionnaire and drive the conversation
Negotiate pricing with customer based on company criteria
Scheduling of vehicle pick up based on customer and company availability
Knowledge of vehicle makes and models necessary to manage call flow
Managing follow up leads within company guidelines
Qualifications:
Must work safely at all times.
Maintain a positive, high energy attitude
Previous call center experience a plus
Knowledge of Texas vehicle titles and transfer processes a plus
Previous knowledge of call center software applications, Zendesk a plus
Be proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and some holidays.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
