We are looking for an organized individual who is proficient in writing, typing and understanding processes.
This job is a Monday - Friday from 8:45 - 5:00.
Responsibilities will consist of:
- Listening and understanding customer issues.
- Communicating with manufacturers and warranty companies
- Ordering parts specifically for the approved jobs
- Parts returns to Manufacturers
- Keeping up with ongoing claims and following up with customer and manufacturers.
Compensation will be based on experience and employees ability to perform daily operations.
