Big Creek is now hiring for Equipment Operators in the Waco, TX area.
Job Description Summary
Performing finish grade work or other close specification-controlled work
Subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications
Perform maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments to equipment
Willing to travel and work away from home when required
Report to work at the designated start time
Be able to work overtime when required
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
Hard working and work well with others
Other duties can be assigned
Requirements
At least 1-year experience operating heavy equipment (Roller, Dozer, Backhoe, Excavator, etc.)
Be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold and on all types of terrain.
Pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Capacity to provide and follow direction
Ability to enter and exit equipment using 3 points of contact by pulling self in and lowering self out of equipment
May be asked to help with some manual labor at times
Be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the work environment
Be able to work overtime when required
