We are a growing commercial cleaning company in Waco hiring long-term cleaners. Experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided. Couples and families are welcome, but must work together and split pay.
Each of our buildings is divided into sections and includes its own cleaning room, equipment and supplies to get the job done. This is labor-intensive work, and cleaning tasks will be checked.
Monday to Friday, starting after 6 PM until finished. Payment is made bi-weekly on the 5th and 20th of each month.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean multiple spaces, hallways, breakrooms, and restrooms
- Disinfect, collect trash, replace trash liners, vacuum, mop, and wipe surfaces
- Restock restroom and breakroom dispensers
- Clean glass doors and mirrors
- Perform scheduled high-low dusting
What we're looking for:
- A smartphone is required for communication and task coordination via app
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Physically capable to perform labor-intensive cleaning tasks (constantly moving)
- Must pass a background check with no history of theft, felonies, or drugs. No criminal record.
