We are seeking a fulltime maintenance person for the day-to-day maintenance of apartment community in Waco, Texas.
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and reliable.
Work with minimum supervision.
Required to be on call.
Be able work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Rotate between 2 apartment communities.
Pay $18.00 per hour
