Blue Guardians LLC, a veteran-owned general contracting and material supply company, is hiring full-time construction and remodeling crew members to support our growing workload across Hill County and surrounding areas.
We are looking for reliable, dependable, and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of professional communication and respect on job sites. Our projects range from new builds and remodels to turnkey services and material delivery.
Ideal candidates will:
Show up on time, ready to work every day
Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates
Maintain a clean and respectful job site at all times
Follow directions and work with integrity
Take accountability and ask questions when needed
Preferred Skills (but willing to train the right person):
Framing, drywall, siding
Painting, flooring, and trim work
Light plumbing or electrical
General cleanup and hauling
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Texas heat
