Collision Parts Coordinator is needed for a well-known dealership in the Waco area.
Job Duties:
⢠Assist collision center estimators with acquiring the required and correct parts.
⢠Distribution of parts to the body technicians.
⢠Inspection of each part received for accuracy, quality and damage and mirror match to old parts.
⢠Responsible for returning all unused parts. Keep current on new products and product updates
⢠Determine availability for out-of-stock parts and secure approval for special and/or emergency orders.
⢠Obtain time requirements from technicians and estimators to ensure customer time frames are met for vehicle deliveries
Data entry skills are important to utilize a computer for parts entry and linking of parts numbers in the accounting system.
