Awards and Embroidery Shop is looking for a highly energetic and motivated embroidery machine operator to handle day to day production & proofing work. Embroidery Machine Operator experience is REQUIRED.
Job Duties Include:
● Operating a Commercial Embroidery Machine.
● Answering and Screen Telephone Calls
● Handle Customer Orders & Payments
● Triage Orders into Asana production management tool
● Maintaining a Clean Showroom
● Keep Inventory of Production Supplies up to date
● Follow up with Clients on Any Inquiries, proofs and approvals.
● Proficient in Word, Excel, Asana, and Square
● Keep Customer Files Organized
Requirements:

● Ability to make sales calls
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00/hour depending on experience
Experience:
● Administrative Assistant: 1 year
● Receptionist: 1 year
● Embroidery Machine Operator: 1 year

● High school or equivalent
