TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Driver Helper in the Waco, TX area.
Position: Driver Helper
Shift: 6:00 a.m. to Finish
Monday through Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Pay = $15.00 PH (Overtime = $22.50)
Are you looking for something outdoors and not behind a deskthis is the job for you! This person will assist the driver with loading and unloading of the truck as well as installs. This person will need basic knowledge of hand tools, power drills, screwdrivers, and very basic measurement skills.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR DRIVER HELPER:
Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50-100 lbs. using a buddy system.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Positive attitude when working with co-workers and customers.
Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
Ability to pass pre-qualifiers (BG and DS)
Must have flexible schedule and be able to work route schedule
