Big Creek Construction, a road and bridge construction company is currently hiring for 2 Off Road Hauler/Laborer at the Hayes Pit in Marlin, Texas.
Job Description
Operate and drive an Off Road Hauler to transport materials in the Pit
Ensures cargo is properly loaded according to safety requirements
Perform inspections of vehicle system, equipment and accessories such as tires, lights, turn signals and brakes, fueling and greasing the truck daily.
Keep truck clean both inside and out
When not hauling cargo candidate will be required to do some labor work, such as pressure washing, help maintenance on the plant
Ensure Work Area is clean and free of clutter
Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout ALL job functions
Ability to work well with others
Perform other jobs as assigned by Supervisor
Good communication skills and understanding of Safety Procedures
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to stand, bend, squat, climb, and lift 50 lbs.
Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work" physical
Pass a drug and alcohol test
