Your primary role will be to manage cash flow, prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and handle various other accounting tasks.Responsibilities: Manage cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations Prepare and review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries and assist with AP, AR, payroll etc Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes and procedures Maintain the confidentiality of financial information and data Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes Support internal and external audits as required.Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of accounting. Proficient in preparing journal entries accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated experience in cash flow management. Ability to prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive in identifying and solving problems. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
