Technical Requirements
Primary Skills & Core Responsibilities:

• BIM -360 Implementation & BIM modules integration
• Rich experience of point cloud modelling in Autodesk Revit to create architectural models.
• Leading and managing BIM projects with delivery accountability.
• Responsible for liaising with BIM Manager, coordinator and at times directly with the delivery teams to identify and resolve problems that arise.
• Proven competency in supporting BIM issues.
• Collaborate and lead the team towards common goals with long-term team development responsibility.
• Follower of best practices and industry standards to ensure that the BIM-adapted software is used in the best possible way.
• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate MEP Services.
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
