Position Summary:Responsible for supporting the category management team in achieving sales and earned income (revenue) objectives while streamlining supply chain functions. This includes direct administrative support for our Category Manager and Category Director and acting as a liaison with other business partners such as Vendor Partners, Purchasing, or Sales.Responsibilities:
Support Category Managers through vendor and item set up process and analysis of data.
Support relationships with vendor partners.
Communicate market status/trends, purchase recommendations and key supplier performance updates.
Maintenance of sales marketing material.
Content creation and coordination of monthly Sales Call.
Event (tradeshow, summits, etc.) coordination and communication .
Equipment billing and tracking.
Develop and maintain working relationships with OpCo personnel.
Coordinate weekly Merchandising communication with Sales.
Support other strategic departments and company goals and functions with merchandising-related information, functions and activities.
