In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments and mental health care services, ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.Coordinate and schedule TMS treatments and mental health appointmentsServe as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companiesManage patient records and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systemsProvide education and support to patients and their families regarding TMS therapy and mental health treatmentsAssist in the development and implementation of care plansMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare teamCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careFacilitate smooth patient flow within the clinicEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policiesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
