We are seeking a fulltime maintenance person for the day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and reliable.
Work with minimum supervision.
Rotating and required to be on call.
Be able work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Starting pay depending on experience.
