Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining gluer equipment at required production speeds, while controlling quality and safety, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Ensure that production schedules and quality requirements are achieved safely and efficiently and to the satisfaction of customers by
o Reviewing factory order, checking for specifications and labels.
o Completing make-ready to match specifications.
o Selecting correct adhesive and mount and dismount glue pots.
o Verifying Finishing Utility position has proper materials loaded.
Enter production reports into computer.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, food safety, OSHA, etc. to ensure a safe, secure working environment that meets the company’s goals and achieves customer satisfaction.
Able to use pallet jack
Intermediate computer skills
Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Problem solving skills
1 years of experience in folding carton manufacturing processes or similar environment
Familiarity with Bobst, International, Tamarack and Jaggenburg equipment preferred
High school degree or equivalent required
Ability to read and write English
