Associate or bachelor’s degree
6+ month of experience in recruitment
Experience communicating professionally with Stakeholders and diverse individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , Excel, and other MS programs
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:
Engage with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
Excellent communication throughout the coordination process
Review resumes and sent them to the appropriate hiring managers
Maintain an organized system to track candidates progress throughout the hiring process
Adhere to established practices and procedures with a process-oriented mindset
