We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.Reporting to the Director of Implementation & Training, you will be responsible for provisioning a myriad of services for new and existing customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, system configuration, and user account setup. If you are passionate about automation and improving IT workflows, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Use SQL Server and PowerShell to create, modify, and maintain scripts that automate the provisioning of workstations and user accounts for new customers.Maintain user accounts through Active Directory.Collaborate with Sales, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Product Support, and Implementation teams to understand customer requirements and deliver seamless provisioning solutions.Perform system configurations for new accounts and workstations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with account setup, workstation configurations, and script errors.Collaborate with the SRE team to optimize and enhance existing provisioning scripts for better efficiency and scalability.Maintain documentation for provisioning processes, scripts, and troubleshooting guidelines.Ensure data integrity and security during the provisioning process by following best practices.Assist in the migration of customer data and resources to new workstations or systems as needed.Provide regular status updates and communicate potential risks or challenges in the provisioning process.Additional tasks and duties as assigned.For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.- The average base salary pay range for this position is $56,000 to $62,000 - May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
