We are looking for a dedicated and customer obsessed Associate Account Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting strong, long-lasting client relationships, cross-collaboration with our internal support teams to resolve inquiries on behalf of our clients, and driving opportunities to activate, grow, and retain revenue.  Key Responsibilities :Handle a high volume of inbound emails and phone calls. Evaluate the nature of the inquiry and determine the appropriate response and course of actionCollaborate with the multiple internal teams including Billing, Implementations, Technical Support, Risk Operations, and Sales OperationsServe as an escalation point, both internally within the team, and with our clients.Facilitate the resolution of issues, connecting clients with the right resources for assistance.Collaborate with Specialized Sellers on portfolio retention and growth strategiesThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
