Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.Assesses, manage, and anticipate organizational risk and support the company’s business with prompt, sound legal advice.Contribute to process improvement.Stay on top of changing laws, regulations, and industry standards.Develop and implement practices and standards that support innovation and growth while maintaining appropriate commercial risk.Communicate potential issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders, to resolve in a timely manner.Anything else that arises to support a fast-pace, innovative company.
