We're seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while maintaining strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platformsConduct audience targeting and planningPerform keyword research and selectionManage ad copy & creative through approval processMaintain conversion tracking and other pixelsMaintain minimum target ROAS/CPAC across all platformsOptimize campaign timing and budget allocationMonitor and adjust campaigns in real time for maximum performanceDiversify media buying channels (find and prove new paid media channels/platforms)Submit creative requests to the design team with clear success requirementsManage creative testing process and provide iteration guidanceConduct creative tests while maintaining winning creativesTrack and analyze creative performance metricsCollaborate with developers and designers to enhance landing page performanceMonitor and improve conversion ratesConduct A/B testing and implement optimizationsTrack and analyze user behavior metricsCreate and maintain monthly paid advertising reportsMaintain regular stakeholder communication regarding performanceStay current with paid advertising trends and developmentsDeliver monthly creative performance reports to the design teamProvide updates on industry trends and best practices
