This role will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and an impeccable work ethic. What Will You Do:
Support all accounts in the sales lifecycle
Reconcile discrepancies in accounts to ensure an extraordinary customer experience
Collaborate across departments to support the needs of the customer from a sales POV (Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional Care Team)
Leverage relationships with key vendors to resolve issues with payments, refunds, shipping, etc.
Meets regularly with sales leadership to ensure alignment on areas of concern
Acts as a liaison between the different departments within the customer journey
Supports Accounts in “Dead Zones” including STIPS, Bis, etc
Who You Are:
High School diploma or GED required
1-2 years of account management and/or customer support required
Prior utilization of Five9, Salesforce, Outlook
Proactive in building cross functional relationships
Fanatical about improving the customer experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable work ethic
Innate ability to multi-task and work autonomously
